All flights are subject to applicable aviation, safety, and privacy rules in the UAE. We may adjust or cancel flights if conditions, permissions, or safety assessments change and will discuss alternatives where possible. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by decisions from authorities, airspace managers, or venue operators.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we own all intellectual property rights in raw footage and project files. Subject to full payment, we grant you a licence to use agreed deliverables for the purposes described in your proposal. You must not edit, resell, or reuse footage outside the agreed scope without our written consent.
We provide our website and services using reasonable skill and care based on the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we exclude any implied warranties regarding the website or non essential content. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, opportunity, or reputation. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid for that project, unless law requires more.
